How Profiles Works
The Profiles extension allows you to enable themed profiles, or profiles within your theme, for any user role. You may also disable admin access, that is, access to the WordPress admin dashboard (e.g. yoursite.com/wp-admin) for any user role.
WARNING: It is entirely possible to lock yourself out of your site if you disable admin access for your administrative role
